SKI TOWN CLASSIC 2026: August 15-16

Bid Form

• Submitting the bid form does not guarantee you a spot in the tournament. Teams will be accepted in groups of four or eight teams at a time. You will receive an official acceptance email from skitownclassic@gmail.com and the EventConnect platform once you've been accepted. 

• We expect to have a 20-team Open Division, 16-team Mixed Division, and 16-team Women's Division. ​

• Historically, there are waitlists in all three divisions so get your bids in promptly!

• No teams will be accepted until April 19th to give more teams a chance to express interest. 

Game Times / Schedule:​

All information subject to change - schedule will be finalized in late July/early August

• ​Rounds are expected to start at 9:00 am MT​
  • Do not step on the fields until 8:00 am!​

• Last round Saturday is expected to start at 4:00 pm MT

  • Join us at Bewilder Brewing for a tournament party on Saturday night!​

• Last round Sunday is expected to start at 2:30 pm MT

• USAU Schedule Pages: you will need to register on USAU once accepted

  • Team Roster Deadline: 8/10/25

  • Player Roster Deadline: 8/12/25​

Location / Field Map:​

• Regional Athletic Complex, Salt Lake City​

  • When you enter the complex, the main Tournament Central is to the right. There will be a secondary tournament central near the north-side fields as well.

Hotels:​

• We will have a few tournament hotel options, please plan to use a tournament hotel if you are able as this helps us with our city sponsors and makes your bid fee lower!
